No five stars as the driver and car changed was changed at the airport without notice. This as a little concerning. Had I been a woman travelling alone I would have refused the change. The meet and greet person and the driver were both friendly and professional but I was not notified of the change.

The pick up came 45 minutes later than confirmed. We still made it on time though. Bit the minivan was so full that the luggage hardly fit in and one of the passengers wasn’t able to get off her seat anymore since the suitcases were stacked around her. The driver was driving like a maniac (but not really unusual in Thailand). Overall it was okay, we got there on time but don’t expect any comfort. But the rate was really cheap, so we can really complain 🤗.

From now on I will always fly and go by van travelling from Bangkok to Koh Chang. Full service, much effort, convienient, safe, time saving, elegant. I can only recommend this art of travelling. For years Ive been travelling by busses and Lot Song teaw but now I have a new preference.

The overall journey was so nice. I appreciated very much that I could change seat after completed boarding. Staff of Bangkok Airways is just brilliant. Professionell, helpful and traveller friendly oriented.

Unfortunately, the overall impression was spoiled by the situation with changing the seat I had booked. This was clearly done for "their" person, and not because it was required for technical reasons. This is very unpleasant.

Everything was very easy. Remember that luggage is included at economy Class tickets up o 20 kg when you book.

Only really expensive compared to other tickets. And I had to pay a huge amount for my luggage but when I looked at the website from Bangkok airways it was much cheaper. I also had got extra costs (80 euro) for paying with credit card I felt a bit scammed But that had nothing to do with Bangkok airways. I think that’s on 12go Asia?

This is the worst airline I've ever flown with. They have monopolized the market charging $200 usd for a one way ticket. I am not exaggerating when I say the seat back was literally made of wood or hard plastic with NO cushion whatsoever. Super small leg room and I'm a small lady. No vegetarian food option whatsoever available. These things are all bad but there was also a super aggressive male flight attendant. I've never encountered anything like it. I hate Bangkok airways and hope they go out of business. Terrible scam of a company.

Flight delayed slightly due to late passengers. We'll looked after my flight attendants- even served food. Rayong airport was excellent. No other flights landed. Baggage off quickly and got a grab to hotel which took around 30 mins and cost about 600 baht.

Very easy, 20kilo luggage included and we also got a meal! We checked in on line and the staff at the airport was excellent.
