I purchased connection trip from BKK to Samui, however bus from Surat Thani train station to Pier have cancelled. They have refunded the bus fees however I think it’s more fair to refund part of service fees as well. By the way, the staff is helpful and nice!

There was no one who spoke English on the bus, at the transfer to the van, or at the transfer to the ferry. Usually in Thailand there are plenty of people who speak a little bit of English, but not this time. I was able to figure it out by repeatedly showing my ticket to people who would point in the right direction, but I could have easily been left on the side of the road at 5am if I hadn’t been determined.

Not suggest for old person, hard to having deep sleeping on the bus and ferry. However, this will be new experience for traveler. Provided Coke Zero, water bottle and small cake. I think it was enough for supper. And the ferry arrived earlier to island at 9:00. So I had more time to discover the island.

It was a little higher on the cost side but the reviews I read was very true. That's why I am putting my review. Service is just excellent. Go to Lomprayah office in Bangkok, get the tickets, they will guide you to boarding point, the in between stoppage was also good. They treAt you very well. Will have to wait for an hour at ferry point, but eating and resting points are available. Catamaran is very speedy, and convenient, almost 5 hours sea route. Whenever I will come, will book this only. Go for it.

Everything was smooth, comfy seats on bus, basic services on ferry, we arrived on time at Koh Samui. 30 minutes break at some point on the way. Food wise, they gave us free water and a small sandwich which is good but they can improve this part for sure, considering that it's a long journey.

Everything was good. Bus is a bit old but ok. When we stoped to eat it was late night already and everybody was sleeping so you don’t need to turn on bright light and loud say that we can go eat:) Came to Samui earlier than on schedule

Very well organized. I was a bit unlucky with 4 babies / todlers in my sleeping compartment on the night train, but that hasnt got anything to do with 12 asia. The train arrived 1 hour late but the bus and ferry where waiting so not a huge delay in the end. Would book again

Great online booking experience, everything went according to plan. A very cost effective option to travel from Bangkok to Koh Samui, we took an overnight sleeper due to the circumstances of our travel but leaving in the early morning may be a better option. Staff were friendly and helpful , but it does pay to be at the agency in Bangkok a little earlier as the queue is very long and having bought a ticket online does not speed up the process . As it’s on a road full of restaurants and street food vendors, you can have your meal as soon as you are booked in and waiting for the bus to leave. No need to buy anything for the trip as there is a stop for bathroom and nice snacks on the way. A good experience!

I highly recommend the use of 12go Asia to organise your transport from Bangkok to the islands. We travelled from BK to Koh Samui and the service was very good. We picked up our train + boat tickets at their office (DOB building) opposite the train station (Hua Lamphong) with no hassle and no waiting. The sleeper train was surprisingly enjoyable and as soon as we arrived at Surat Thani we were met by a guide who then took us to the waiting area for the bus ride to the pier. We had a nice coffee and paid additional for a minivan transfer as soon as we arrived at Koh Samui to our hotel. It was very reasonable compared to the expensive taxis at the pier. At just 150TBH each it was only £3.50. Although it looks a bit chaotic at the waiting area, it was organised chaos with each person given a sticker to identify which bus they were travelling on. We took the bus for around 30 mins and arrived at the pier. The ferry ride was 2 hrs to Koh Samui (first stop - it also goes to Koh Phangan - there is a different ferry which goes to Koh Tao). As soon as we arrived on the island we were picked up by the mini van and taken straight to our hotel. I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend avoiding any uncertainty by travelling with 12go Asia. John from United Kingdom
