Bangkok to Phuket Destination Reviews

Unnecessary stops for passengers pick up. Food stop with Bad and open food. And less time of 20 mins for food. Can stop at better food stop.

Easy travel. We had some technical problem on one seat, the part for feet was broken. They tried to force one of us to sit on that broken seat, we refused. Then a technician comes to do a quick repair and they stop to fight with us. After that everything was cool.

Not too convenient to sleep in bus due to seat adjustment.
Bus Express, Transport Co (บริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด), Jun 6, 2022
Really comfy seats that reclined, got a free meal half way and there was good air conditioning (although would recommend still wearing shorter clothing as they provide a blanket)
Bus Express, Transport Co (บริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด), Apr 25, 2022
Was better than expected. I would recommend to do it so you can see some of the countryside

Bus VIP 20, Sombat Tour (บริษัท เทพสมบัติ จำกัด), Dec 20, 2021
The departure and arrival was perfectly on time. Seats in the bus are quite comfortable to sleep at least for a few hours. They stop a few times including hot meal. They offered blankets for everyone as the AC can get quite cold.

Vans are a great alternative - or, in many cases - your only option - if you need to travel overland within one and the same province or neighbouring provinces or states. Vans ply the roads between Bangkok and Phuket, too.

Things to remember: When travelling by van with huge luggage buying a separate seat for your suitcase or backpack is a good idea. Do not expect there is a roomy luggage compartment in a van - there is actually none and your fellow passengers are unlikely to appreciate your luggage stuck under their feet, alas.
