Phuket to Bangkok Destination Reviews

Got stuck in the toilet, horrid smell from toilet, staff didn’t help
Bus VIP 30, Sombat Tour (บริษัท เทพสมบัติ จำกัด), Jul 25, 2022
Positives: On time, clean, spacious and wide seats. Includes cup holders, reading light, curtains, blanket, TV with movies, a small snack and bottle of water provided. First impressions of the bus is positive. Negatives: About 3 hours into the journey, the whole bus started to smell like the toilet. It was bad for the remaining 10 hours and every time someone would open the toilet door, the smell of urine and poo would get stronger. The adjustable seat is only comfortable for very short people or children, there is no space for your legs if you recline/raise the leg rest. The coach left at 3:30pm and we didn’t stop for the meal break until 11:30pm, everyone was very hungry. To stop for the meal break, the lights suddenly came on full brightness and music played, which startled everyone who was asleep in the dark, quiet bus. The meal included in the ticket is at a food court where the options were a very poor standard and looked like the food had been sitting there all day. Bring plenty of your own snacks and be sure to bring a jacket as the AC is very cold.

When you sit at the back rows, you'll smell the bathroom when someone pees. But overall it is pretty good. Comfortable and on time.

Security check point info is hard to understand and not provided in advance. I had my power bank taken and it was 10000 mAH
flight Economy, Thai AirAsia (แอร์เอเชีย), Apr 15, 2022
Bus was fairly comfy, good aircon, very noisy with a man shouting most of the trip but that must be just our luck as I’m sure that doesn’t happen everytime, got a meal included half way through but wasn’t anything I fancied, also got a biscuit before we left, make sure you ask questions if you’re unsure on anything the staff are very helpful despite our language barrier.

Take this bus if you want to smell pee during all your trip
Bus Express, Transport Co (บริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด), Mar 30, 2022
Everything is fine! Comfortable, clean, safe. They even provided breakfast in the morning! Thanks !
Bus Express, Transport Co (บริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด), Mar 22, 2022
The staff was totally unfriendly, no speaking english, no eating allowed in the bus and first break after 7hours without an announcement before. The break was 10:30 pm for 20min on a night bazar without vegetarian options.
Bus Express, Transport Co (บริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด), Mar 14, 2022
The Journey and driving was excellent! The “meal stop” was a disaster!! No organisation, screaming impolite staff, cold and poor food. Why not a cold offering, boxed and less shouting staff!
