Phuket to Bangkok Destination Reviews

taxi Comfort, Glassflower (Glassflower), Aug 23, 2021
Excellent from hotel in Phuket to Phuket border Average from Phuket border to Bangkok, mainly because the lady driver was obviously tired (I understood that the previous day she drove other customers also from Phuket to Bangkok and slept only 3 hours). It was obvious that she was exhausted, need to ensure she’s not sleepy while driving by distracting herself in watching movie in her phone, hence drove dangerously at times. I didn’t dare to nap as I had to ensure she’s watching the road correctly. I understand she simply tried to earn an honest living and the situation in Thailand is difficult now. So, please do NOT punish her. However, it would be helpful if the company helps to ensure drivers not only fully vaccinated but had enough rest prior to such a long journey for the sake of everyone’s safety. I made it safely finally after exactly 12 hr journey. I hope she made it safely as well to her rest place that evening.. and hope she managed to sleep enough before driving other customers.

It was a really long journey but the driver was friendly, careful and I felt safe even during a massive storm. There was a bit of confusion about how to get out of Phuket but the company sorted it out and I was able to get home to Bkk whilst meeting all requirements for Phuket and Bangkok lockdowns. A special shoutout to my driver for getting me home so safely and comfortably, great service

The rest stop was very poor and the metal frame in the front seats was very uncomfortable.

it was great! comfortable plane, tasty snack. I only have compliments!
flight Economy, Thai Vietjet (ไทยเวียดเจ็ทแอร์), Mar 13, 2020
It's very nice and accommodating in the check in area. We are a bit worried because our electronic ticket says: we need to print the ticket before boarding and we didn't able to do so. It turned out good and everything alright as long as we ready the ticket itinerary on our mobile phone upon check in. No long lines of que and friendly staff.
