James LComplications at the pickup point. The website didn't say they would call me to verify ahead of time the phone number I gave, so when I didn't pick up they cancelled the pickup. The hotline number didn't work. My trip was saved by frantic calls by my hotel host to the bus company, and in the end I made it.
