Train on time, relatively easy to find the carriage - clearer signage on the carriages would be helpful as well as markings on the platform - see Japanese rail & train system as an exemplary example of train & platform organisation. We were very pleasantly surprised to be offered hot tea & a hot breakfast as part of the ticket - delightful. The train ride was comfortable. The train could be cleaner - the tray tables & windows need to be cleaned regularly & not with a dirty rag. There was quite stink from the toilets, fortunately we did not need to use them on our four hour trip. Much better management of toilet facilities is needed. Again, referencing Japanese trains, it would be GREAT if the seats could be repositioned to face the direction of movement; ie, facing forward. It was a long journey to be sitting facing backwards.

Great journey. The sleeper was very nice to sleep in, bedding provided. Unfortunately the platform boards didn't work at Delhi Cantt so it was a bit of a rush finding our carriage.
