The bus didn't even stop it just drove right past our stop. When we called the driver he said he didn't stop because he couldn't see a place to park... but he also refused to turn around and come back to pick us up. Awful service and extremely unhelpful driver. Couldn't recomend this if the tickets were free.

Half way through the driver said he didn’t have money for the gas and rolls and we needed to pay him 3500 rupees. We had to phone the help desk to sort out. Then when we got to our hotel in Manali he charged us for parking at the airport 270 rupees, 300 rupees for a green tax and 1000 rupees for a night charge. The back seat belts did not work.
