We are looking for Ticketing Specialist

We are a leading multi-modal OTA (Online Travel Agency) in Asia. Our company is headquartered in Singapore with its main office located in Bangkok. We provide online booking services for all sorts of transportation ( trains, buses, ferries, flights, transfers ), visas, hotels, and day trips to customers from all over the world.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in any related field;
-New graduates are welcome;
-Good written and verbal communication in English (B1 or B2);
-Experience in Customer Support will be a plus;
-TOEIC score (if any).
Main tasks and responsibilities:
-Book tickets and manually confirm and cancel on the Today tier page;
-Help to support if the tickets are unavailable;
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via email and WhatsApp;
-Follow alerts in stats and fix bookings (if any): unconfirmed bookings, pdf is not sent, negative net price, etc.
