Took the 10:30 bus from Hanoi to Sapa. The bus was about 40minutes late, but the sleeper cabins were comfortable, clean and good WiFi on board. We had a stop for lunch halfway through. Due to traffic/road conditions, we arrived 1hr later than planned. Staff on the bus were very direct and came across rude when shouting instructions. I also saw them throw someone’s bag off the bus when we arrived to Sapa, and it landed in the mud, as they were trying to unload the bags quickly. Overall an ok journey if you’re prepared for their shouty, abrupt manner! Got to our destination safely which is the main thing.

The sleeping bus was really clean, it arrived just in time, we also had a nice driver and the trip went really smooth. 4 stars out of 5 because of the tv (screen in the cabin) not working. Everything else exceeded our expectations after the negative comments we read in here. Can’t wait for our next trip with them!
