Haya KThe bus is bumpy if you are on top and can be hard to sleep. I wanted to change my date and contacted 12go multiple ways but they only responded after the date had passed.

Marina ROverall a comfortable trip. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not accessible. And over an 8 1/2 hour trip we had two 15min rest stops.Was not sufficient.
Otherwise the trip is well worth it. Being a passenger on the day trip, driving through beautiful country, was memorable.

Marc SWe thought we booked one bus and in the end we had to use two buses and had to change in the middle of the night.
It is absolutely intransparent in the booking that we needed to switch the bus. We thought we booked one bus from Sapa to Ninh Binh.
We booked the bus for 11 pm and this time was also written in our voucher. In the end we got a message that our bus starts at 10:30 pm. Also this was intransparent and not clear for us.
The staff at the office in Sapa were very unfriendly and couldn't help with any questions (whether out of ignorance or simply because they couldn't be bothered).

Shiron RThe cabins are definitely more spacious than other sleeper buses we have taken in Vietnam. It’s a long journey from Sapa to Ninh Binh but broken up with plenty of stops for toilet and food/drink. HK bus stop in Sapa has toilet and little shop to stock up on essentials before your journey, and WiFi and plug sockets.
Addendum: I forgot my iPad on the bus getting off at Ninh Binh. The HK team were super helpful and delivered it to their Hanoi office where I was going to be. 10/10 service!

Tkg27h6njm The staff at the office were rude and unresponsive. The staff that oversee shuttle operations did not communicate well. No bathrooms on the bus. Had to stop at rest stops for bathroom breaks and you had to pay 3,000 VND to use the restroom each time.
