My experience was terrible. I had to fight with the first bus driver for a long time ttget on. The description didn't even mention the bus I was riding the only way I got on was I made him check his records for my name. It wasn't a sleeper bus. Then I went to Delhi and waited for my next bus for 5 hours in the hot dirt. That bus was a partial sleeper but they sold out of sleeping bunks so they made me ride 12 more hours sitting up. I asked everyone what they paid and I learnt I was paying 4 times as much as everyone else and 3 times as much as anyone in the seat I reserved and didn't get. I could have made it to Delhi on my own and caught a bus to Varanasi onmy own and saved 3000 rupees and 3 hours in waiting at least maybe closer to 5 hours. The company doesn't offer a direct ticket to Varanasi so the entire thing was false and my sleeping class was sold out so they told me my acsleeper didn't mean sleeper. If I can't get a partial refund that's it for me. I'll never order through you again. It's more convenient to go in 100 tourist offices than deal with the constant hassle and uncomfortable situations goda bus put me through
