Advantage no need to fall in line. Convenience at its finest. One thing for improvement I hope you can provide the 20% off choice/discount online for PWDs and Senior Citizens which is a mandated law here in the Philippines. They will be presenting their IDs at the counter once they claim their tickets. Thank you.

Seats we booked were 28 and 29 (last row) because there were no other seats left online. The 28 seat didn't have a seat belt, and the 29 seat didn't have a working monitor. Good thing when we asked the operator about it, there were 2 other people who didn't take the trip. So the operator offered for us to take their seats instead. Booking online was no hassle at all. I used my cc.
