The bus was late but they did put us on another sleeper bus with that is more spacious. Don’t get the sleeper buses at the last row because those don’t lie flat and is awkward. No water is provided but they do have blankets. One or two toilet breaks where you have to prepare small change to us, and places to pick up some snacks and food. Overall experience is okay but for the price you could book elsewhere with better conditions.

Sleaper Bus was great! Fr. Did many stops, Drive super comfortable. But the limousine was a bit of a joke. It was fully blocked. The four seats in the front were nice, the three in the back had no way of leaning back and it was three people crouched next to each other.

I didn't see this listed, but the bus doesn't have a toilet. I had a nine hours trip and we only have a stop after four hour. If you are ok with that, the bus is like any other sleep one, really small, but it is clean and works on time.

Overall great service, efficient. Comfortable enough for sleeping but cabins a bit more dated than some other buses we have taken and the USB charging points didn’t work. I was able to lie down fully but taller people couldn’t. Driver was friendly and we arrived on time but driving felt quite fast at times

The bus facilities were amazing. Very new and well kept cabins. The only problem was the fast driving for 2-3 hours from Sa Pa on bad-condition road, leading to very uncomfortable experience for the first half of the trip. The rest of the trip was good and our group could sleep properly during the night.

We were advised to go at the rear of the bus. Not at the front because the driver is smoking !!! We couldn’t take our bag where there were biscuits or drinks . And when the bus started we got aware there was no water in our place
