The van was booked with too many people. The last 4 people to came in had to leave their luggage on pick up site for the next van or taxi to deliver them at their drop up site. On the way, we had to pick up someone else, even if there was no seat left. So the driver put a board in the alley, to hang between 2 seats for the extra person to sit on. But the board took like a third of each of these 2 seats and it was really uncomfortable for the ride.

After a first step with no problem we changed for another bus. The driver was off set and brutal with people and luggages. Some of our fragile items were broken inside the bags.
