Apolline BDriver was a bit late for pick up and we arrived 30min late. Driver was driving like crazy but I guess most drivers do in Vietnam.
We had 1 bathroom stop which was nice, Car was comfortable and communication on WhatsApp about pick up time was excellent. We got to be dropped off at our hotel which was nice.

Elma I got put in the middle seat furthest up front between the driver and another person to my right. I didn't know this was even an option, and frankly i would have liked to receive a discount considering that this was considerably less comfortable than what I expected. Secondly, sitting here allowed me to observe the driver texting and driving every 20 minutes, which was very unsettling as we were driving through the mountains as the sun was setting.
