The service is very good, punctual, and reliable. The seats are quite narrow but long enough. There are driver changes and plenty of breaks. Unfortunately, it was very cold on the bus. They hand out a thin blanket and pillows. Even after turning off all the heaters. I asked the driver to adjust the temperature from the front, but unfortunately, nothing improved. I was wearing long sleeves, a thick hooded jacket, and two pairs of socks, and I was still freezing. I left something on the bus after getting off, and the service in this regard was unbeatable. I sent an email to the tour operator and was able to pick up my belongings at their office. Great. They responded very quickly and were incredibly helpful! Thank you very much.

Giant Ibis are the best!!! Amazing bus company! I've taken the bus from HCMC to Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Each journey has been perfect. The staff are so kind and friendly. They provide snacks, water and wifi. For the bus from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh, they were extremely helpful regarding visas and the border. Everything went so smoothly. Really fantastic bus company.
