Ollantaytambo to Cusco Destination Reviews

RG
Riley G
Went to departure zone 30 minutes before pick up. No sign. Nobody there that knew about this company. It was incredibly stressful. Then once we eventually found the driver and got onto a later shuttle, that shuttle was Delayed for an hour. Such a cruddy experience. Spend the money and get a private car.

his trip was not at all as described. It was so uncomfortable I was physically ill. Firstly, the bus was meant to leave at 11am. However, after arrival to the pick up spot, our van went to the town square and proceeded to pick up other customers by yelling our location out the window. While I understand the process to fill the van, it cost us an additional hour to our arrival time. Secondly, the van had no working air conditioning and at the back people were fanning themselves and asking the driver to put on air conditioning. However, it remained approximately 30 degrees Celsius for our 1 hour waiting and 2 hour drive. Lastly, the van had no curtains and large windows which created a sauna inside of the van.
