The bus itself with G8 was nice, however the staff at G8 were not friendly or very helpful. Bus drivers were bordering on rude, not willing to help, nor were they friendly towards passengers.

Overall our trip from Ninh Binh to Sapa was great. We had our first Stop in Hanoi after , with not the best toilets, but they were free. We stopped again for a 30min food break around two hours later.

Left on time, arrived 2 hours early, made some stops for toilets. I was on the top bunk and it was quite bumpy so not a great sleep

Comfortable and clean bus/bed. Bus drivers were not as friendly. Bus left 45min late, but arrived maybe 16-30min after the targeted time, so that was okay. It would be great to have better aircon in the waiting areas (Ninh Binh & Tam Coc), it was very warm even at night.

In total, we used four different modes of transport. We were picked up in Ninh Binh in a rickety van, then transferred to a limousine bus to Hanoi. There, we were taken by car to the office, where we had to wait an hour and a half for the sleeper bus to Sa Pa. The final leg of the journey on the sleeper bus was very comfortable, with stops every two hours. A bit more communication beforehand would have been nice. The first part of the trip to Hanoi was handled by Trang An, while the sleeper bus was operated by S Trip.

I was better then we expected. We took the bus during the day and the driver was driving safe. The bed/cabin was also very comfortable en spacious. The bus took 2 stops to go to the bathroom and eat something. Would recommend.
