Sean BThere is very little information about where the pickup point is. The Google maps pin is for a shop inside the shopping centre which is just confusing. Very poor communication from the driver and when the driver did arrive he just honked the horn at me to get my attention rather than walking over to me and helping me with my bags.

Nathaniel WThe sleeper bus ride came as a surprise for us. However, we would have appreciated it more if the departure time from Hoi An to Da Nang was the same as mentioned in the ticket. We didn't expect to leave Hoi An 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. The good thing about it was the clear communication, so we didn't miss the ride home to Da Nang. Overall, it was a great experience.
