The driver who dropped us off at the stop (not the first driver, but the last one who dropped you off at the stop) was very rude; he yelled at you when you asked him anything, and on top of that, he threw our suitcase on the ground when he took it out. He didn't even drop us off at the right stop; we asked him if that was the stop, and he just yelled at us. The station staff (both in Da Nang and Hanoi) were very professional and friendly; it was only this last driver who dropped us off at the station who was rude. No WiFi as it stated on the ticket. We were told the drinks (coke, tea etc) were free but you had to pay. Not that it was an issue but if your told something then that’s what you expect. Other than that everything else was ok.
