Leg room was amazing, you have a good meter if not 1.5m in front of you, so you can properly recline your seat, almost horizontally. You get a blanket, a small pillow, a bottle of water and a small pack of snacks. The bus is a bit run down, but nothing dramatic. The weird thing is the stop in the middle of the night at a 24hours restaurant (it was around 12am/1am), where you don't realise how long you have, if you have time for getting food, and it's a bit stressful. Having a sandwich ready with you will make it easier I reckon.

No information about any stops in between and the length of it and about the arrival time. I nearly missed the boat to the Islands. A bit more conversation between staff and costumers was great! The luggage was handled very rude.

Boarding the bus was confusing. I couldn't find the office booth to get my ticket. Otherwise everything was good.

We crashed. But wasn't bus company's fault.

No real problems everything was great. Some things a little unclear but it worked out great. Wasn’t as uncomfortable as I expected but I didn’t manage to sleep.

When we got to the bus, the lady couldn't decide where we could sit. She changed our seats three times.. I have no idea why since the bus was quite empty. The bus left 40 minutes late.

The bus was on time and the staff is quite nice but the bus was very old and in bad condition so I rate only 2 stars.

Trip to Ranong from Bangkok was very smooth, comfortable seat, little snack, juice and water, the only flaw that almost ruined it was a water leak it started raining about halfway there and I woke up cause I got rained on. Luckily the bus wasn't full so I switched seat. Thank you for bringing me safe and sound to destination.

The bus itself was good. Very comfortable seats, a lot of space. Bus left on a time and arrived earlier than expected. The AC was too cold during the night. The staff speaks zero english so it was difficult to communicate and not very pleasant. We also missed the midnight snack on the way because they didnt tell us or show us where to go and what to do to get it. Bus was a bit loudy.

Bus was on time, we got water and a small snack, as well as a blanket and pillow. Bus had charging points. Stops a few times through the night (maybe 5) at rest stops, we arrived in Ranong at about 5:30am. 5 stars as far as a night bus goes, I even managed to catch a few hours sleep and I'm 6'4 so this should speak to its relative comfort.

Unfriendly crew, no service on board, defunct safety belts, defunct toilet, busdriver smoking in the cabin, too many stops, noisily talking crew prevented us from sleeping. No free meal. The only positive: We arrived safely after all and in time. Don't book at Newmits Tours, others offer better service

Bus VIP 24, ChokeAnan Tour, Nov 13, 2019
The seat in front of me was broken and it went back so far that it actually touched my legs on my seat. It was very uncomfortable and I was the last row on the bus and the last row seat does not go all the way back. The lock on the bathroom door did not work and someone got trapped in there for about 20 minutes
PB
Bus VIP 24, ChokeAnan Tour, Nov 6, 2019
The good: easy to collect ticket, bus left on time, arrived early, good driving. The bad: we were given the seats at the back of the bus, which did not recline fully because of the back wall. The seats were also broken so the leg rest did not work and they were over the engine so it was uncomfortably hot and noisy. There were 7 stops along the way and the lights came up for all of them making getting any sleep difficult. attendant was surly and unpleasant.no mid point meal provided but we were given a package snack, juice box and a small water at the beginning.
