Coralie SThe driver was riding like crazy. I was in the very front and there were no seat belts. I thought I wouldn't make it. There were also no breaks for a 12h ride. The bus toilet was the most disgusting toilet I've ever seen and I'm used to very nasty ones.

Mehdi SThe bus is very cold due to air conditioning being on we were given a blanket, the blanket is in a sealed plastic bag but it is an old blanket and not soft. Noone speaks any English so if you are not sure about something there is noway of finding out. There is no WiFi on the bus. I bought ticket online e and recived a bar code with information but I had to get a paper ticket at the station using the information I was emailed.

Charlotte BVery uncomfortable seats with barely any leg room (saying this as a small person). I was sat in row 2 which might have been the tightest one because row 1 has the most space. My seat would not recline and when the person in front of me fully reclined their seat it was touching my legs and I couldn’t move I was trapped- so I moved to the back where there were extra seats fortunately. The seats were also not very comfy but you get why you pay for

Chiara VThe bus itself and the service was pretty good. You make a few stops in between to use the restroom and/or get some snacks. At one of the last stops the bus left without me..! All of my belongings were still in the bus, but please watch out when you leave the bus, even when it’s just for a few minutes. With some help of the staf at the Chiang Rai busstation I was able to get my stuff back.

Lina WIt was actually pretty comfortable, but sooo cold. the ac was at like 10 degrees celsius so pack warm clothes for the ride
