The two principal things which make travelling by van so attractive are a wide choice of destinations and affordable prices. Not all vans offer top comfort, enough legroom, or luggage space, but these two points compensate. Besides, it is always vans that launch new routes to emerging destinations paving the road to big bus operators if necessary or remaining the only means of transport to bring you there. Very often, vans offer faster service than big buses, more flexible timetable, and more readily adapt to travellers’ needs in the sense of schedule – if there is a temporary growth in demand due to long weekends or national holidays, vans add more vehicles to their daily fleet easier than other operators. Note though that sometimes vans operate from their own van stations or terminals or have a dedicated section in bigger bus terminals. Always check your van's departure and arrival point as it is not necessarily located at the main bus station.
Egypt Luxury Transport is one of the operators to check if you are going to travel by van. They provide reliable van service and offer tickets with easy and secure online booking.

Egypt Luxury Transport Top Destinations
Some of the most popular routes on Egypt Luxury Transport’s route map include but are not limited to:
Egypt Luxury Transport Ticket Prices & Van Classes
Opposite to trains or bigger buses, vans rarely offer you a choice of ticket class. All the seats are the same – call it standard, VIP, or whatever. What can differ, though, is the type of the van itself. Some vans seat only 9-10 passengers. For travellers this means wider seats, more space, and a more comfortable trip. Vans which accommodate up to 15 passengers are also ok but be ready to sacrifice on space for your legs and elbows and very often – for your luggage, too. Sometimes it can be a good idea to buy two seats instead of one to ensure a more comfortable ride – yet it pays to check with the operator if they allow this on your route. Before you book your van ticket, read reviews on Egypt Luxury Transport van service to see what to expect.
Travel by Van: Pros & Cons
Pros of VanTravel
Vans can be the only way to reach some of the most remote destinations, smaller towns or villages which are connected neither by big buses nor trains.
Vans can also take you to some islands connected with the mainland by large car ferries which do not take big buses but take vans on board, too.
Due to a smaller size compared to big buses, vans are more maneuverable on the road. It sometimes results in shorter travel time, especially if your destination is not far away.
While vans do have an official stop enroute, they can also get you off at a more convenient point – no need to go to the terminal, just ask your driver. Note that it is not always possible, but in many cases, they will cooperate. It can save you both time and money you would have otherwise spent getting off the terminal on foot or by taxi.
Cons of Van Travel
Vans accommodating more passengers may feel quite cramped. Expect limited space for your legs and elbows. Some vans limit the luggage for one ticket to one piece. If you have more bags, suitcases, or backpacks, you may be asked to buy a separate ticket for your luggage, which makes the trip twice as expensive.
Not all vans run on schedule. On certain routes, vans leave only when full. Do check it with your operator before buying your ticket, otherwise, you may end up waiting much longer than expected until the van fills up.
If there are more reckless drivers on any other means of transport than on vans, we are unaware of it. Some companies install speed control units on their vehicles, but it is not a rare case to hear this unit beeping the whole trip through with the driver not paying attention to it. Always remember to buckle your seatbelt while travelling by van. Though sometimes you will need to make an investigation to find out where your seatbelt is.
For those prone to motion sickness there is a good piece of advice: take your medicine half an hour before your van trip, especially if your route includes winding stretches. You are more likely to feel motion sick travelling by van than by bus.

The arrival time I had booked for them to come from my hotel to pick me up to the airport, while it said the total duration would be 4 hours, it ended up taking 5.30 hours and the driver barely spoke any English to communicate.

The trip took longer than expected due to a late start and rest times of more than one hour and several other rest stops, all in the same trip. Unfortunately, this meant that we were quite late to start our day in our destination, and that threw us off schedule. Otherwise, the service was very friendly and the cars were excellent. We hate to leave a bad review, but the long delays really caused us a lot of issues that were completely due to the service provider not sticking to the time seriously

It was not the problem of the operator but the wrong arrangement for putting me to the wrong bus by the website. A Rubbish website for people who want a right itinerary.

The bus was comfortable. Good leg room. Started the journey on time 13.00. Arrival time was supposed to be 20.30. The bus arrived into Alexandria at 00.30. 4 hours late.
I know some of the delay was due to security which is good. But do bus drivers really need multiple half hour breaks during a supposed 7.5 hour bus ride on very good and mainly quiet roads?

I’m giving this rating mainly because of the kindness of the driver, who was attentive to us at all times and kept a great attitude. I would also like to highlight the gentleman at the café in the Luxor station, who was very friendly and made an effort to make us feel comfortable. I regret not knowing their names to mention them here, as they truly deserve recognition.
I’m deducting one star due to the inaccurate information on the website and the change in our departure time, which ended up being 4 hours later than scheduled. According to Google Maps, the trip from Luxor to Sharm El-Sheikh takes at least 13 hours without stops, and with the mandatory checkpoints and rest breaks, it easily exceeds 16 hours — not the 10 hours stated on the website. This detail is very important because if you have activities planned upon arrival, there’s a high chance you might miss them.
Overall, the trip is exhausting, but it also allows you to enjoy the stunning landscapes of the desert and the Sinai Peninsula.

You told us we could arrive in Luxor at 19:00, but there would be a two-hour fluctuation. In fact, by the time we arrived in Luxor, it was already 23:50, and we had to find a way to contact the hotel manager to change our check-in time. Additionally, communication via WhatsApp was also difficult.

To our dismay, there wasn’t a Starbus available as we had hoped. Instead, we found ourselves boarding a worn blue bus, which charged us an exorbitant fare for the ride. The atmosphere was a mix of disappointment and resignation as we settled into our seats, feeling the weight of the unplanned expense.

The company was changed to another company, but the company didn’t know my booking. The bus was already full. I couldn’t take a bus on time. Fortunately, they found another bus in 2 hours later.

We booked the bus service from Cairo Airport to Siwa at 3 a.m., but they sent us a taxi instead. We asked if it was possible to make the trip earlier, and without any problems, they met us at the gate at 1:30 a.m. We took the entire trip by taxi, and it was super fast. I don't remember the driver's name, but he was fantastic. Highly recommended.
