Unauthorised insurance charges of EGP6397 + EGP6397 for a return bus ride from Hurghada to Luxor. I had not ticked include insurance as I have travel insurance. They charged me EGP12,794 for travel tickets worth EGP1,671. I disputed it and the support person said that they will refund it and then there was no email confirmation. When I emailed their support service, someone named Otto said my tickets are non refundable so the insurance fee (unauthorised scam) cannot be refunded. I blocked my card and informed my bank of the scam (luckily, there wasnt enough money in that card for the EGP12,794 (NZD 435.78) to be processed. I have since cancelled that debit card as I am afraid they will try to put it thru again.It was illegal and unethical. Furthermore I paid EGP954 for a Business Go Bus leaving Luxor to Hurghada on 30th Sept 2026 at 5 pm. The ticket agent contacted me on Whatsapp to say that bus is now cancelled and he put me on the regular bus at 2.30 pm so I had to change my Luxor plans. I asked 12Go support person Otto about a refund because my ticket cost is now EGP717 but again he said that nothing can be done because my ticket is not refundable. I will never use 12Go Asia again because of all the dishonesty, lack of transparency and poor service. After making much noise, they refunded a small amount of TBH something and had insurance on my ticket (I DID NOT ASK FOR INSURANCE BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE). Most difficult Agents. Very dissapointed

We chose a private hotel transfer from Luxor to Hurghada because public transport is less comfortable and much longer. We had a fantastic driver who was punctual and very kind. His car was comfortable and clean! Mahmoud took good care of us throughout the journey, regularly suggesting breaks. We are very satisfied with this trip: excellent value for money, and we highly recommend the company that arranged our transfer. Thank you very much.
