The trip was easy. The luggage removal off the ferry was horrible. They put my bag in the back and I had to go find it and carry it off myself.

Bus and Ferry was ok - a little chaotic on the ground. Charging 200 Baht for a standard suitcase is a little cheeky.

It was fine but the staff doesn’t really update you on what you’re expected to do when you’ve arrived in surat Thani. They let us wait for 40 minutes and then a driver who was going to bring us to the ferry arrived but suddenly we were in a rush, like a really (the crew shouting to u) rush. Even though we couldn’t do anything about this.
