I had a problem with the transfer van they sold me aboard. Even though they photographed my hotel detail and wrote it on the ticker. The driver they sent me with took me the wrong way compelty, and 1 hour detour, they passed me around 3 vans to get me back my proper beach house, and I lost a hat on one of their vehicle after switching to the other 2 vans... And they won't locate it.
