Good bus, comfortable, but a bit old. When we first got it, it smelled funny, but nothing terrible. There were a few stops at simple places (bakeries and restaurants) but with great food and ok prices. The driver is the usual (crazy and rude), but didn't feel in real danger. Overall for almost half the price of Giant Ibis it was totally worth it. Would go with them again.

Very convenient, comfortable bus, on time, actually arrived a bit earlier, stops twice on the way to Siem Reap, once to a restroom for 15 minutes and 30 minutes at a good place to eat on the way for lunch. Bus has a service attendant. On board you will receive a very tasty pastry and some water.

I booked seats 7 and 8 to go from Siem Reap to PP. Those were higher seats. I booked the same seats (7 and 8) to go back to Siem Reap. Now the seats are lower seats. How are we supposed to know which seats are high and low if you change everything all the time ?

Bus was broken, had problems with the wheels or suspension, th AC stopped. This all made the trip very uncomfortable. You need to maintaine you buses better.
