The bus is very old and they don’t follow the selected seats. The company put me in a bus without much explanation and just told me that I will change during the trip. At the end I travel one hour, change the bus in the middle of the road and comeback to the pickup point to start the trip again; they also do a lot of stops and people travel at the aisle floor. I recommend use another company or a private car.

The location for pickup was incorrect - old location, we were lucky our Grab driver knew where to go. The driver speaks loudly the whole way! He hoots constantly, mostly for no reason, overtakes a car/truck/bus/bike every opportunity he gets, even when unsafe. Someone's water bottle leaked on the floor and drenched my entire bag, this is obviously not the bus company's fault, accidents happen, but water was still running on the floor so I told the bus assistant. Instead of finding the source of the leak, he said sorry and handed me tissues. This was not a VIP experience at all, it was impossible to sleep over the bus drivers loud voice and constant hooting. I do not recommended this tour company, however, if you have no other choice, sit in the back of the bus as far away from the driver as possible and make sure you have some soundproof headphones. Bus arrived 30min early and was on time for pickup, hence 2 stars.

Our trip from phnomh penh to siem reap was fantastic. The bus left on time, the staff were friendly and efficient. The bus itself was very clean and very comfortable and we all slept well. When we arrived at our destination they helped us off with our luggage and made sure we had got all of our belongings. I would definitely recommend and use them again in future
