The trip was on time, smooth, and uneventful. It was calm and quiet. However, after making the reservation, we found out that if we had booked directly with the company, we would have been able to choose our seats on the bus. That would have been quite helpful because they put us in the first two seats, right next to the driver, which meant we were woken up many times by the horn, the driver change, and the driving. Also, they could have mentioned the size of the cabin—we didn’t fit very comfortably. On top of that, we were a bit confused about the pickup service; some people told us they could come pick us up, while others said they couldn’t. In the end, it turned out they couldn’t.
