The trip and the driver was really good and quiet. The problem was that we didn't get a confirmation till 1h before the trip. We booked the night before, and even they said that confirmation would be within an hour, we had no response till next day an hour before the trip. That was stressed and we had to move to the meeting point without knowing if we could travel.

On Time, we received messages on Whatsapp to tells us all the informations we needed like the pick up point and the schedule. So all good, just one thing is that in Hanoi the street ares small so you have to be really on time to take the bus because it just drop you and go. Also for this travel, they drop people off one by one at their cruise agency, so no need to walk, that's great! Bottle of water provided on this trip and a stop where you can do shopping.

I was given the wrong location for pickup even though I emailed the night before, I was then transferred to 4 different cars. Great they got me there in the end, there was also no communication of what was happening just kept getting told to get into the next one and hope I was going to the right place.

Not pleased with this service as operator didn’t share pick up info to driver ( along arrangements made 2 months earlier) Plus I paid to a VIP van 11 and ended up travelling in a Bus. Bus was comfortable and clean though.
