We waited at the pickup point, but nobody came. 5 Minutes after the pickup time I got a message from the driver saying that we were picked up at another location 10 km away. He told me to book a Grab to the new location and the he would pay me back the amount for the Grab, which didn’t happened. On the new location he told us to wait 15 minutes until the bus would arrive. After 25 minutes of waiting the bus wasn’t there and he didn’t texted back so I called him and he just shouted at me at the phone. After 30 minutes they arrived we went to the bus and the driver told us to hurry and throw all our luggage into the Bus. So we departured around 1.5 hours later than expected. The ride was very smooth, maybe a bit few stops, but this was alright. We also got a small bottle of drinking water on the bus. The departure stop was again not the one we expected based on the booking, but it was about 1 km away so it’s not that bad. Overall I wouldn’t book it again.

The bus was. In late , it took 12 hours to do Hanoi -hue, the driver used the horn a lot during the night, and he drove all the time really too fast , we kept bumping with all the holes on the street,it was really scary sometimes ....

We should have arrived around 7:30, but instead we arrived at noon because the driver didn't stop in Hue. What bothers me is that when I tried to ask questions, the bus crew wouldn't listen and told me to go back to sleep.

The bus was very comfortable, despite some bumps in the road along the route. The driver had a very relaxed and smooth driving style. The compartment is sufficiently equipped, with AC, charging ports and a blanket. There is also a restroom at the back of the bus. However, I could not get the wifi, the screen and the provided headphones to work, which is disappointing but not a deal breaker. Also, we arrived 30 minutes late, which was no issue for us but still worth mentioning. Overall satisfied with the value of this experience.

They made is come 1 hour before departure because we were going to leave sooner only to wait 1h in the bus for 1 late comer and departure was even ́later then the initial hour. Staff unfriendly. WiFi was bad, bluethooth didn't work and the two stops were way too little.
