Adeline KIt took us more than 1,5 hours to drive to Kuala Besut instead of 1 hour as promised. When we arrived, we have been told, that it always takes a minimum of 1,5 hours. Would be nice if you could give correct information about the driving time in future, as unfortunately we couldn‘t catch the ferry.

Marc RDriver was to late and I suspect he was making up for the lost time while driving. He drove like a maniak, to fast, constant passing other vehikles in a dangerous way. He was calling on his phone a big part of the route while driving, with loud voicemail. It was anoying and in your face.. not a great experience..
