The information mail with ticket is a little confusing about what to do on the terminal station. The 2nd floor was closed. It would be sufficient to just write that you should look for the gate number based on the given train number. There is no announcement in the train, so use an alarm clock and watch you location on gps maps.

On my voucher iut said no need to have tickets. JUst scan the QR code when you check in. When we got to the train station they asked for the tickets. We arrived with plenty of time 50 minutes before the train left. We did not have any the voucher. It took a long and stressful time to get the tickets, whihc we finally got 5 minutes before the train left. We have another trip with you to Langkawi on 5 Decemmber please send the tickwets to us well before we travel.

The Experience with Van2Travel (the driver) was really great. The nighttrain has a not so great standard but still was an interesting experience and good chance to travel and to sleep. The Description for the jouney was good, for the train station it could be a bit more detailed.

The night train hasn"t changed much in 15 years, but it's a fun, though rather sleepless experience. Train was quite delayed but pick-up and transfer to pier was perfectly organized. Taking the car ferry was a great choice: very calm, quiet and comfortable transfer.
