The driver confirmed my booking, but not the time. I had booked an 11:00 am pickup, and he proposed 3:00 pm instead. I declined right away, at 7:47 am, but got no reply. When I asked at 10:12 am where he was, he said he would come at 3:00 pm, even though I had already refused that time. By then it was too late to find another driver for my planned departure. I missed my appointment at my destination, arrived late in the evening, and lost a lot of time and energy arranging other transport. Support was also slow to respond, and I had to find other ways to reach them myself. I'm glad a refund is being processed, but it doesn't make up for a completely disrupted day. Clearer confirmation of pickup times and faster support for same-day issues would make a real difference.

The van we ordered for 12 people turned out to be a car for four people that didn't fit luggage and people. After 1.5hours they send a car which barely fit the luggage and people. They brought us in the middle of the trip to a van which we ordered. The communication was really bad and unclear.

Punctuality, a brand-new car and a kind driver with good driving skills. Communication with the operator was sometimes a bit difficult, as responses were not always immediate. However, everything went smoothly in the end, and we were very happy with the service.

Overall, the transfer from Abu Simbel to Luxor was efficient and got us there on time. Our driver was young, very friendly and talkative, and as the journey went on he became quite comfortable with us, which made the long drive more relaxed. At times, though, it perhaps became a little too informal. He was eating while driving and occasionally taking photos or videos of a friend travelling in another car nearby. I never really felt unsafe, but I would have preferred a little more focus on the road and a more professional approach. The main thing that could be improved was the service during the journey. We drove for around six hours without a single stop, and no water, soft drinks or other refreshments were offered. Considering we paid approximately €105 for the private transfer, I think at least some bottled water should have been included, and it would have been nice to be asked whether we wanted to stop for a toilet or a short break. That said, the journey was fast and efficient, the driver was pleasant, and most importantly we arrived back in Luxor safely and on time.

The transfer was safe and the driver drove well. We really appreciated that he brought us water and Pepsi for the journey. Communication could have been much better, though: he was very quiet and didn’t let us know when we were stopping. He also chewed gum quite noisily, which made the ride a little less pleasant. Overall, a safe trip with a thoughtful touch, but clearer communication would have made the experience much better.

First car was old , without seat belts, so they changed it before Luxor for a better one.

Good follow-up and communication by the company. The driver is self employed and the company only pays after you confirmed that you arrived at.your destination.

The road and our driver was perfect

Too many stops. Driver stopped 5 times for cigarette and coffee, 2 times for fuel, because the first place first have the correct kind. 1 time to pee on the dive of the road and 1 time to use a toilet. I asked him not to smoke in the car but he did anyway. Many times I saw him scrolling through photos on his phone while driving.

I am Japanese. I booked a taxi VIP 3PAX 38 hours before my scheduled departure. The voucher I received after payment said, "Please send a WhatsApp message to this number," so I used it to confirm the pickup time and location, and the drop-off location. 14 hours before the scheduled departure, I received a WhatsApp message from the driver or someone who seemed to be from his company, confirming the same details again. At that time, I mentioned that there were two of us and therefore two suitcases. In the end, the driver arrived at the designated pickup location on time and dropped us off safely. The trip from my hotel in Aswan to Hurghada Airport took 7 hours, including one rest stop. This was 7 hours via the desert road, so I think it would take an additional 2 hours if that route wasn't taken, so I recommend checking the route beforehand. I thought they only did hotel-to-hotel transfers, but when I told them I wanted to go to Hurghada Airport, they accommodated me. The car was the size shown in the image and had air conditioning inside. They picked us up on time, and the information provided was accurate, so I am satisfied.

Good, no late and safety

Our driver was wonderful, very kind and funny. We felt secure. He was on time. All was perfect

The drive was safe and good, we were lucky to get a great driver Mahmoud Al-Shami, he was very thoughtful and friendly.

The driver was wonderful and the experience was smooth. It was a long trip but we made great time and could stop regularly to use the toilet and buy food.

Everything as expected

Excellent drive from Cairo to Hurghada with Shaaban. The driver was extremely polite and thoughtful. He was careful on the road. Overall a great experience, I already booked my next drive with this company.

The company and the driver forced us to stay overnight at Aswan, because the police officer won't let us pass. My guess is, the company sent us a disqualified driver, resulting in avoiding the highway. What's more, we ordered a 7pax suv, since we have big luggage. But the company just sent us a 5pax suv, resulting in luggage deformation due to over-compression.

Comfortable car, on time arrival, sufficient stops, Jasser is a friendly and very welcoming good driver.

Pick up on time, car is clean but a bit small. We were asked to change car in the middle of the trip which was not mentioned by the operator.

We made a reservation for 7:30 in the morning. They picked us up at 1:00.

The journey was longer because of long check points but the driver was very friendly and drove very Safe.

The trip took significantly longer than the indicated 5 hours. We spent two hours at the city checkpoint. While this is not an issue with the transport company, it would be helpful to provide advance notice about such delays and avoid presenting unrealistic travel times.
