T TI am Japanese. I booked a taxi VIP 3PAX 38 hours before my scheduled departure. The voucher I received after payment said, "Please send a WhatsApp message to this number," so I used it to confirm the pickup time and location, and the drop-off location. 14 hours before the scheduled departure, I received a WhatsApp message from the driver or someone who seemed to be from his company, confirming the same details again. At that time, I mentioned that there were two of us and therefore two suitcases. In the end, the driver arrived at the designated pickup location on time and dropped us off safely. The trip from my hotel in Aswan to Hurghada Airport took 7 hours, including one rest stop. This was 7 hours via the desert road, so I think it would take an additional 2 hours if that route wasn't taken, so I recommend checking the route beforehand. I thought they only did hotel-to-hotel transfers, but when I told them I wanted to go to Hurghada Airport, they accommodated me. The car was the size shown in the image and had air conditioning inside. They picked us up on time, and the information provided was accurate, so I am satisfied.

Jon OIf I could give more stars I would. Mohamed our driver was exceptional.
We were due to leave at 11am but we had an emergency with a lost passport. Mohamed waited 5 hours for us to get it back and still drove us to our destination. He was polite and caring and was additionally a very good, calm and safe driver. A true gentleman and a credit to your company.

Martin LThe bus was delayed for over an hour before departure, the seats didn’t recline, it made more stops than expected, and it arrived three hours later than scheduled.

Finally, trip was saying done in 3h which is completely impossible if you look at the GPS. It took us about 6h.

Ezgi TOur trip with Mohamed was perfect, he came right on time to the pick up point, was super helpful with our needs during this long transfer around 7.5 hours. He offered the lunch sandwiches for us, water, and a cold drink during the trip. I definitely recommend, thanks Mohamed!
