Muhammad very nice and safe driver. Good communication, everything ontime and excellent. Thanks

Friendly safe service. Stopped halfway for drinks and comfort break. Would highly recommend.

Very good 👍

2 hours late, if we wouldn't have contacted several people, we would've just been forgotten

Got there in good time was fine car was very small we kept hitting our heads on the roof during the ride and you stop at a ridiculously priced restaurant stop so pack your own snacks if you can

The start price was not real. We paid doble at the end of reserve.

Driver got us there in a smooth easy manner.

The driver was so nice, and the car also. Everything was perfect!

Very good

Overall, our experience with this trip was poor, mainly due to serious issues with organization and timing, despite a good car and a polite driver. The car itself was comfortable and in good condition, which made the long journey more bearable. Our driver was polite, pleasant, and drove safely throughout the trip. The main problem was the organizer, who never contacted us before the trip and did not provide any information about the driver in advance. Because of this, we woke up at 3:30 a.m. and had no details at all until support finally replied around 4:30 a.m., which made us worry that the whole thing might be a scam. The driver arrived one hour late, which is especially critical for an early morning pickup. The total travel time was 8 hours instead of the 6 hours that were promised, including about 20 minutes of stops for refuelling, toilet and coffee. Despite the good car and friendly driver, the lack of communication from the organizer, the late pickup, and the longer-than-promised travel time made this experience very stressful. Overall rating: poor.

I needed informations before the trip, but nobody answered me. The trip was too long (8 hours instead of 5,50)

Driver was very good. He was late , but that was not a real problem. All was good !

I am Japanese, and I didn’t know much about this travel company, so I was a little worried at first. However, after actually using their service, I felt reassured and was very comfortable throughout the trip. Thank you to the driver as well.

Perfect. Goog car good driver

They booked our car too late. We have not received any feedback until 20 minutes after the reserved time. Eventually they organized a car, we drove with a 2 hours delay.

Mainly because of his problems with English, there were difficulties meeting with each other, which resulted in later depart.

Muhammad is a super driver! He drove us at destination without any problems, even arriving in advance! The trip was comfortable and pleasant! I absolutely suggest him and the service!

Hassan was the best Driver we couldve had! He is super friendly and a good Driver. The Car was super luxurious.

Great trip - Islam was professional and friendly and got us there on time, even pointing out local beauty spots we could photograph on the way. Would recommend this company and the service provided.

We booked this company for a transfer from Aswan to Luxor. Car was very clean and in good condition. Driver Hassan was incredibly friendly and a good driver, always checking if we needed anything. Only thing I would say is the voucher said travel time would be 3 hours but the driver told us there was two roads, one was 3.5 hours and we had to pay a small amount to go through checkpoints, and the other was 5 hours but free. Just be aware of this if you’re booking. Overall would recommend!

pick up on time, super clean car, attentive driver, best drive i've had in Egypt so far

The guy was on time, the car was clean, the ride went smoothly. I recommend!!

I sent an email with all details in it

Our trip with Mohamed was perfect, he came right on time to the pick up point, was super helpful with our needs during this long transfer around 7.5 hours. He offered the lunch sandwiches for us, water, and a cold drink during the trip. I definitely recommend, thanks Mohamed!
