I would like to give 5 star but there is a problem with the Bus CR, it's smelly and I can't sleep due to I'm near at the CR, and It's open sometimes I think the lock was broken. But overall I am very satisfied with the services. Thank you Coda Line!

It was far too cold. Asked the driver two times to reduce AC. He did, but put it on max power 30min later. The whole bus was freezing and wearing hoodies and blankets- really stupid. + we arrived two hours late

The first few hours of the trip is fine. However, on the last few hours we experienced mechanical issues AGAIN!!!!!!! Though we only waited for almost 2 hrs but it is very traumatic! Will not recommend Coda Lines ever!!!!!! You should check on all of your buses it is very unsafe!

Trip experience was fantastic! Bus departed on time and arrived early. Reservation process was not ideal. I was not aware that there was a~13 hour processing period from reservation to confirmation. This was somewhat stressful because I wanted to ensure that I could get back to Manila before the typhoon hit. Without knowing if my ticket would be confirmed I wasn't sure what to do and had to do some additional contingency planning. The Coda office was helpful and 12go support was helpful, but the connection between the two companies could have been faster to reduce the confirmation time.
