Fleur BThe voucher included a taxi ride and ferry tickets, but we never received the ferry ticket, nor did the voucher include any instructions regarding the ferry ride or tickets. None of the operators on Chiquila would provide us with a ferry ticket on the basis of our voucher and we had to buy separate ferry tickets for approximately 300 pesos per person. I’m currently awaiting feedback from 12go and the operator. The taxi ride was okay.
