Laura Our original bus was cancelled. Thankfully we able to convince another bus to take us. There was no message informing us of the cancellation, no one at any counter.

Huayuan H1. I did receive the booking confirmation from 12Go, but the bus operator did not have my booking on their system and refused to issue a ticket.
2. The service was officially canceled by the operator, and there was no replacement bus provided.
3. I did not board any other bus service as a substitute, so I have not received any part of the service.
I request a full 100% refund in accordance with the operator’s and 12Go’s terms for canceled services.
