Wasn’t sure where the stop was and I got a text beforehand from the operator with a photo of the stop - so helpful to know I was in the right place. Bang on time and got me where I needed to go. Definitely recommend (also the massage chairs on the bus were great - so much legroom too!)

- Bus delayed 1 hour without giving information. it was stressed. - bar code was not true in ticket and a shameful trick of ticket printing RM 1.70 in Melaka sentral.!!!

Bus 40 minutes late. Not what you want when you are trying to catch a flight. Our ticket said KLIA T2 for the destination but we ended up at the bus station and had to take the shuttle to T2. The driver never said anything.

Everything is fine, but the whole way inside the bus there was a smell of exhaust gases (a problem with this particular bus).
