Bus took us to the ferry terminal where we then had to get a ferry. Ticket says another location entirely (sungai nibong) for destination - actual destination wasn’t even on Penang island

Easy to book online. Went to bus station to get tickets printed. Walking distance from old town. Came back in morning to catch bus. Waited in air con room until boarding. All very easy. Bus journey was smooth. Good driver. Highly recommend this booking company and bus company.
