The boat was on time (I think it even left early so make sure to arrive there 30 minutes before departure time) but we didn’t really know where to go as they aren’t lots of indication to tell us the way and it was a bit difficult to carry our suitcases on the ferry. (The stairs are steep and nobody was available to help us).

Hello, I paid full price for my 2 children on 12Go while I had informed their age, suddenly I learned on the spot before boarding that it was normally free for my 2 year old son and half the price for my 5 year old son. Result it is better to pay on the spot for the children to be sure to pay the right price. Otherwise crossing without problem.
