Nikolina RThe trip was long, because we went from Göreme,Capadocia to Alanya.But all the drivers was amazing( they didn’t treat us like we are strangers ), we got first seats which was great and comfortable, also we got coffee/çaj and so much water(we bought water before a trip but we didn’t need it), also we got a chocolate bars, and we had a charger for phone. LaMargera RBus stopped unscheduled due to malfunction? Put us all off to change to another bus. Stopped to pick up others from other buses -- again due to bus malfunction -- two additional times.
Then, did not take us to the destination printed on the ticket but dropped us off miles away. We had to pay for a taxi to get us to our hotel whereas if the bus had taken us to the ticketed destination, it would have been a one-minute walk. Maybe two

Dhallys MUnfortunately, it was not good. It arrived late at Nevsehir bus station and also late in Alanya. The driver smoke almost all the way inside the bus. I had the front seat, so you can imagine how I suffered (as a non-smoker). Besides, my sear was broken and even after I pointed it out to the staff, they did nothing. :(
I do not recomend this company at all.

The bus did not arrive at the bus station in Göreme at the specified time. It did not come to Goryeume at all. Through a representative of the carrier at the bus station we found out that the driver or the forwarder didn't see in his system or documents, that there were passengers waiting in Goryom, because we had tickets, bought online. There turned out to be 5 such passengers. The representative contacted the driver. We stopped the bus in Nevshehir. A minibus was sent to Gorem to pick us up, and it took us to Nevshehir to the main bus. As a result, we arrived at our destination about 2 hours later than scheduled.

Late departure time for 45 minutes.
