I am very happy with the service provided. I did a mistakein booking wherein i ended up booking for a day later. Without any issues they sent me the car in 20 mins and took no extra charge. Great experience.

The online booking process was seamless and the service by King Travel at Khuan Tung Ku Pier was first rate - very pleased with all aspects. Thankfully, our longboat taxi did not encounter bad weather, so our journey was smooth and relatively comfortable.

Quick and comfortable

Unfortunately, with the amount of travel companies in Thailand this one dropped the ball. Booking was for 12.15 pm but the driver came at 1 pm, that too after we reached out to check at 12.30 pm as to where the driver was? We were told they will be there in 30 mins, as if it was organized last minute rather than a few days as we had done. The car was slightly dated and had a smell to it. Driver was courteous though and helped with our bags so we cannot blame him.

I was a little worried as it is my first time traveling far but this made it very easy with the instructions on where to go and driver was very nice and made every thing super easy

The over all trip was fine. My only negative experence was booking it and being charged insurance. But that is being refunded so correcting ymthe mistake.

The minivan was so crowded, we sat at the back and the seats could not move all the way back so we sat in a 70 degree angle.

Too many detours

Excellent. We took a taxi, a boat and a van. Everything was on time. We've been picked up directly at the hotel and arrived on time at the destination.

Driver was on time, asked if we wanted to stop and was driving fast.

Driver could not understand, nor able to read English which is not a problem, but when I showed her my booking with my name on it, she pointed me to taxi drivers to go to Khao Sok even though she was standing there with my name on the paper and I indicated that it was my name on the paper, yet she still could not understand and so I was overalled confused that maybe I had a different driver. The person in charge had to come and let me know that that woman was my driver and he seemed annoyed as if it was obvious that she was my driver, but with the language barrier, it was not. She was apologetic though, and I arrived safely.

The car was delivered 40 mins later after multiple calls, btw the phone number was not working only WA (we should guessed). The trip itself was fine

Fast and reliable.

Information regarding operator and itinerary was bad. The support didn’t know anything of how the trip was supposed to be. The long tail boat is very loud sound and they should provide ear protection for kids at least. Online booking must be informative and correct or it won’t be trustworthy.

I took two trips with King Travel, one from Trang airport to Koh Muuk and another from Koh Ngai to Trang train station. Both times were excellent value for money and good service. My only suggestion is clearer information about pickup and what to do on arrival back on the mainland as there was nobody waiting for me, but everything was fine in the end.

All well organized, no waiting, quick travel. The van should have working seatbelts for all passengers, but everything else was fine.

Boat arrived early, change with van was super smooth and we actually arrived at final destination 2 hr earlier than expected. Super recommended, great value for money!
