The process to buy tickets was simple enough. Once you buy the ticket to 12go you then go to the counter at the bus station to exchange it for a proper ticket. Though it was a little confusing since the bus we went with was Basilia Express and not Flota, the one in the photo and we paid a little more for this one on purpose. Also the WiFi was Unitrasco, so I guess it’s all under one company. We tried doing research to ensure the one we chose had good reviews in relation to safety of our bags. They gave us tickets correlating to our bags for the bigger ones, and we kept the smaller ones on us during the ride and all went well.

The operator outsourced the trip to another operator who outsourced it to a third one. My voucher arrived so late I didn't have info. I spent almost 1hr. solving the lack of info by myself at the bus terminal. The trip took a lot longer than advertised.
