Great ride. I liked the sits and it was comfortable and i liked the area and the driver was also good.

Quick and efficient bus trip. Staff were very nice and we were provided with a snack and water. The bus left on time and we got to Sofia very early, like almost 3hrs early!! Getting to Sofia at 3:45am when it was meant to be 6am.

Beautiful journey. Everything was good - no real complaints. Excellent service. One of the drivers didn't think I could understand what he was saying and had difficulty keeping his thoughts to himself. A bit more driver discipline perhaps ?

Avoid this company at all cost. The bus from Zagreb to Skopje did not arrive at the scheduled date and time and was also not displayed on the info screen although getbybus confirmed several times that I was at the correct station indicated by the company. All the company replied to getbybus' and my own inquiries was that the bus departed as planned, but refused to provide any proofs for that (e.g. receipts of toll stations or anything). The person at the information desk of Zagreb bus stop confirmed that the bus did not depart. Needless to say that I have not received any kind of refund or response to my follow-up inquiries.

Never using this line again. The bus did not arrive on time, although we smoothly crossed all borders, without much waiting. There were two passengers on the bus that did not have where to sit and were sitting on the stairs.

The staff is very respectful and ready to help. There is no place for charging devices on the seats. The internet offered was only in Greece and it was limited.
