Awful, I never experienced something like this. The employees are so slow and mean towards guest. I never saw this in my whole life. We were a few people and they told us they didn’t find our booking. However, we had confirmed and paid vouchers. The online thing they were able to say is: We don’t have your booking. They did not refund and we had to book another company. Please avoid this awful company, worst customer experience I ever had.

The boat was comfortable and the crossing just a bit rolling. The crew was helpful to secure us when boarding and going down the ladder to the sitting area. It is a bit of a shame that we have to pull our luggage from the waiting room to the boat through sand and gravel. Although it is not very long to the seaside, it would help if the path was paved. We were only 15mn late.

The trip was quick, and the ferry departed and arrived at the port on time. However, it wasn’t a particularly comfortable journey. The ferry was quite noisy, and there was a strong smell of fuel throughout the entire deck. The windows were leaking and weren’t properly sealed — you could actually see them moving, and water was getting inside. The deck also wasn’t very clean.
