Booked then when confirming immediately told us full and pushed us back. Driver then never arrived. Pushed up back again to later ferry and driver never arrived again. Tool taxi ourselves to harbour then on the way advised that last ferry full (was 3 prior) and to head to another operator. They hadn't received anything and took some back and forth with the operator to get on. Last message from support was 'they no answer. Buy tickets from them' Was pushed back on multiple ferries despite booking in the morning. Never received our acomodation transfer despite being included and had to pay an inflated taxi price to make it on time. If we hadn't got ourselves there no doubt we would not have got a ferry.

The ferry was supposed to leave at 10.30 and was already in the port but we left 45 minutes later. I know that things can happen but the ferry was already there so it was not delayed or anything. People book a certain time because they often other plans after they arrive in Sanur and since the ferries don't run every hour so it is already difficult to choose the right time. I had to catch a flight and even though I calculated extra time it was still very stressful.

The overall process was smooth from booking to boarding to offloading. The team were great and efficient. The process of booking online was easy - good communication via WhatsApp when I had questions. My only feedback was that the boat was VERY hot inside. No aircon and all windows and the hatch had to be closed due to the large swell and water coming in. Having the aircon on would have been helpful.
