Horrible, the boat was in a very bad condition, it smelled like fuel the whole trip people were covering their mouth with clothes to not smell the fumes, the seats are much smaller than a normal person size so if it is fully booked the one sitting by the isle barley has a chair to sit on. Absolutely don’t recommend, we were as disappointed as one can get!

Check in was very efficient, although not the carrier's fault there were issues getting to the boat, the escalator was broken, the marina had all broken boardwalk and unsafe. From getting on the boat there was limited space. From the time we were on the boat there was a strong smell of fuel, and it made me quite ill. After the first drop we loaded more people and I honestly believe there were more people than the boat could actually carry and it was quite crowded, the seating situation is tiny, there may have been 4 seats across but they are so tiny and you can hardly sit with your legs in front of you, let alone have a backpack to put anywhere. There was no briefing or housekeeping upon getting on the boat, the passengers were loaded and the door to the staff was closed.

We arrived a bit too late at the meeting point, so they helped us to skip the line and we were able to board the ferry on time. The ride was really calm and nice. Despite all the recommendations on google, we had a great experience.

The boat in both directions was very old. Water seeping in through the windows and ceiling. The bathroom was a mess. The lady who was the attendant was very nice. But the boats are barely seaworthy. We also paid the extra for the Premium Support but had nothing extra offered to us. Also as a side note the Sanur Harbour pier decking is a disgrace.

The boat was over an hour late. The boat ride was very rough, everyone on board felt sick. Felt like they were trying to make up for lost time. The driver of the shuttle drove very fast and impatient. We did get a bottle of water and a bag, in case we had to trow up.

The check in counter was elsewhere. The boat was quite rocky due to the waves. Otherwise okay. All things was dry by arrival. No issues overall. Harbour tax was 30000.
