They used a different vehicle. Bus instead of 11 seater. We started late. Driver used the horn all the time. Due to late start and slower vehicle we were nearly an hour delayed.

We were told the limo would be late, pushed back 45 minutes. After an hour we had not heard anything so we asked the person working at Happy Travel. He made some calls and in 10 minutes we were catching a ride in a taxi to meet up with a limo. It was clear that it was not our originally scheduled ride. The driver of this limo drove erratically. He was by far the fastest driver on the road and constantly made very unsafe maneuvers.

The driver was not very helpful and didn't understand a single word of English, even though the entire bus was full of tourists. In addition, there was no Wi-Fi in the limousine. It would have been important to make this clear before we made the booking.

would really recommend! Quoc ( the guy from the office ) helped us a lot could easily speak English and was so friendly. We booked the limousine bus and the bus itself is super comfy and so big. 2/3 stops for the toilet and never did the driver drive insanely fast or dangerous. very happy with my choice!

The seats in the bus were very very comfortable, even though the bus itself wasn't the most modern one. A big plus! Since we were the only ones to get on the bus in this station, we departed 30 minutes earlier than expected.
